Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Casket & Funeral Supply Assocation of America. We're here to help your company succeed! Our mission is to promote the well-being of funeral supply companies so the public may continue to receive the full benefit of memorialization. 


Please complete the following form to start the process of becoming a member. This form will allow you to enter in information about your company as well as create login information for your company employees. Remember, CFSA membership is company-wide! Once your form is submitted please allow up to 2 weeks for board approval.


CFSA has three membership categories. Review the categories below. If you have questions on which category your company qualifies for, please contact our office at 847.295.6630 or by email at info@cfsaa.org..



  1. Regular Industry Member: These companies sell to funeral directors, funeral homes and other casket companies. Companies annual sales in the death care industry accounts for 75% or greater of their total sales.
  2. Allied Industry Member: Allied industry sales represent products and services sold to Regular Industry Sales companies (regular CFSA member types listed above, for example), with sales to the death care supply chain comprising 50% or less of their total sales. 
  3. Friends of CFSA: "Friends of CFSA" represents any other segment not heretofore described or defined, and have death care-related sales of less than 250 thousand ($250,000) dollars; AND whose death care-related sales comprise less than 25% of annual gross revenue
